| Close up on the counter...I snipped the loop that usually is on the needle and just hang it on the yarn. Stays out of the way when I am knitting. |

Scrunch Socks and Addicted to Sock Knitting
So today finished another pair of Scrunch Socks which I just posted on Etsy. I must say that I love this sock. I posted fit on a new site I joined: Addicted to Sock Knitting which I find brings more information on socks and different patterns that knitters are creating and knitting. It is a great site for ideas and information!

Short Scrunch Socks
Really wanted to do this sock for a while and did it a couple of weeks ago. Catching up on my postings as I have been busy with custom socks of late...but wanted to post this sock on my blog. I actually love the results and will do another only in white or off white. This is citrus lime in color and I think I am the only person that loves this color!!!!!!!!

Welcome 2013!
And a Happy New Year to everyone...let's hope that 2013 brings joy and gladness to all and good health and prosperity as well.
I am getting myself organized after a very busy December. I have a backlog of Scrunch Socks to knit as well as a couple of interesting projects, which include a Scrunch Sock but knee high version. That will be an interesting project. Not sure how it will work as cotton is the typical yarn I use for the Scrunch Socks...I am thinking that wool blend would be better for knee highs because of the elasticity. Might have to rethink that a bit.
Let's all enjoy the year and surround ourselves with many many yarns and projects!!!!! Happy New Year.

I Love Feedback
Always nice to get feedback and comments from customers. This one was especially rewarding as putting my designs on paper for knitters is always a much more difficult thing to do. Never know if the patterns are written well and that the final results are good.
"I just felt compelled to say Thank YOU for the Scrunch Cable sock - it turned out so beautifully that I am on my second pair. I've made very few socks but when I saw a picture of the socks on my daughters pinterest page with her comment "mom, please, I love these" I just had to hunt down the pattern and make them for her. They will be a Christmas gift. I absolutely enjoyed working the pattern because it was SO easy to follow! I've never worked a chart and you made me feel so confident and the results showed that. I've never contacted a designer before but I just had to let you know how much I love these socks! Anyway, thank you again for the clear, concise, pattern and the fabulous results!" — te
