Cuffed Twisted Cable Fingerless Mitts

Yesterday I worked on the pattern for the Cuffed Fingerless Mitts that I have knitted alot. I have sold a few pairs and think I know the pattern by heart. I posted the pattern on Ravelry and sold 3 patterns and alot of queries. I just hope that what I wrote down was correct. I did knit up a pair using the pattern I wrote and it seemed to be clear. Hope I don't get any complaints...hate that.

Double Knitting

Today I am taking a look at double knitting and thinking of knitting a scarf or something simple to understand the capabilities of the the technique. Wondering if you can do cable patterns both sides using different colors of yarns. So looking for a simple scarf pattern or actually will probably make one up and try to figure out this interesting knitting technique. Anyone have any books on the subject? They would be welcomed.

After a long day of hit and misses I finally got a couple of my knitting patterns on Ravelry. Truly an interesting adventure. I am selling them for $5 and actually got some knitters that bought them. This might be the start of something I can work on. Stay tuned.

Short Sports Socks

So finally did the pattern for the Short Sports Sock for anyone interested in knitting them. Fun to do and a great gift.
